By participating in the study we offer you, you provide us with information that allows you to identify yourself: this is personal data.
Personal data is information that allows you to be identified directly or indirectly. Examples: Your name, surname, email address, IP address, telephone number and any information about you.
The law requires the person collecting personal information to inform the persons concerned, in particular about the purposes and periods of data retention.

Several entities are responsible for processing your personal data according to the conditions of the studies envisaged. It can be the Company, the client who is ordering the study you are participating in or both. These data controllers work together with partners who are their subcontractors of data controllers.
In accordance with Article 4 of the GDPR, the controller is the entity that alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing. The processor is the entity that processes the data in the name and on behalf of the controller and in accordance with its instructions. The data controller is solely responsible for the actions carried out on your data in its possession.

When we act as data controller, we are responsible for the deletion, disclosure or modification of your personal data. This privacy policy describes the data processing for which we act as processor or controller.

In the case of studies, we retain your data for the duration of the study and delete it within three (3) months from the date of collection. The Customer may keep your data for an additional period as a controller. If you wish the Client to delete your data, you can request it directly from us so that we transmit your data.If you agree to be part of the panel of respondents, your profile data is kept as long as you are a member of said panel. If you choose to unsubscribe, all your data will be immediately destroyed.

If we carry out an operation on our company (sale, fundraising...), we also transfer your data to the third party involved and its advice. In this case, your data will be processed by a new controller, namely the entity that received your data. We will no longer be responsible for their processing. Your data may be transferred to a country outside the European Union when we use the services of a provider whose servers are located outside the European Union.
