Matched samples

Paired samples are samples composed of individuals with an identical profile on a number of criteria. Matching can relate to different variables depending on the problem of the study (age, sex, purchase of a certain category of products, etc.). Paired samples will in particular be used during reputation or satisfaction barometers. This method is also used during monadic tests to compare the performance of two packages or two advertisements, for example.
