By combining the cutting-edge technology of the Poll&Roll platform with the insight expertise developed by Discurv, the new entity has a unique offer to meet the challenges of constantly evolving markets.

Bordeaux, September 21, 2023 - Discurv, a new generation research institute, announces today the acquisition of poll&roll, a recognized specialist in studies enhanced by a technological approach (tech-enabled research).

A preferred partner of institutional brands (LVMH, McDonald's, Lidl, Decathlon, etc.), prestigious consulting firms (BCG, Roland Berger, Sopra Steria, etc.) and international institutes (Ipsos, Kantar, Ifop), Discurv is thus expanding its offer for greater agility, requested by its customers.

An offer for a world in transition

Market research is the perfect assessment and measurement tool for businesses.

However, since 2020, many markets have been (and are still) impacted by the stoppage and then the slowdown of supplies and production, geopolitical uncertainties, the cost of energy and that of raw materials. At the same time, the development of AI in everyone's daily lives is accentuating these unprecedented changes.

In this world in transition, businesses need, more than ever, reliable data and analytics about their ecosystem to support their investment decisions.

By combining a cutting-edge technological platform, the ability to target the most precise audiences and recognized insight expertise, Discurv and poll&roll can now offer rapid studies, targeted as well as on a large scale, on agile budgets that allow their customers to understand and anticipate in the best conditions.

“By acquiring Poll&Roll, we are giving our customers, research departments at advertisers, consulting firms or institutes, the agility they expect for more frequent studies and ever more relevant insights. We are delighted with this combination and are ready for the drastic evolution of our market.” comments Guillaume David, CEO of Discurv.

“Joining Discurv is the opportunity we have been waiting for to deploy the visibility of our technology and accelerate the transition of our market.” adds Thomas Naude-Filonnière of poll&roll.
